Went to this bar after the Spurs game for a few scoops and a feed. First off half the dishes on the menu werent available. After eventually making an order we waited and hour before asking when we would receive our order and were literally received a grunt as a reply. After waiting another half hour with no indication of when or whether we would receive our order we canceled it. When we asked for explanation for what had happened the response was the gas for the whole Liverpool city area had gone and the tone was bordering on agression. We left and went to an Indian next door, amazingly the gas was working there and even more amazingly we got a good meal and good service. Ill definately be coming back to Liverpool but certainly not to Yates pub!
