Cappuccino
I had one of their ready made genuine french bread sandwiches and also ordered a cappuccino. In the town centre, this cafe seemed very nice, compared to some of the others. Certainly the layout was modern and everything seemed clean and tidy. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the damp sandwich, maybe it was a couple of days old, and the cappuccino was not very frothy, something I love about a good cappuccino, not burning hot, good taste of quality coffee and a nice thick steamed milky froth and this was not to be. Trouble is that if that is the way they make their drinks complaining is not going to make any difference. I did mention about the sandwich but there was a lack of enthusiasm to do anything, they said sorry but didnt offer replacement.
